Please Note that the following details are the basic requirements for Chartering of Aircraft and Helicopter: –
Mentioned flight timings & cost are representations under NIL wind conditions and billing would be on the actual time taken for the flight “Engine on to Engine Off”, depending upon weather/ wind/fog/visibility conditions and flight schedules are subject to change / divert due to weather conditions, flight safety, and operational restrictions.
A) Watch Hours Extension: In the event of operations to and from the airfield, the actual charges payable to the Authorities will be to the chatterer’s account.
B) Boarding/Lodging & Transportation of Crew Members/Engineer/Ops & Technicians: To be provided by your good self at a Five Star Hotel/VVIP Hostel for Pilot and AME at all / wherever possible destinations. For Technician and Operational staff, the accommodation shall be of three-star level.
C) Maintenance of Helicopter: The Helicopter shall be maintained by us as per laid down rules and regulations. In the event of any major maintenance activity, the Helicopter may have to move to its original base. However, as of the present situation, we do not foresee any such activity.
D) Transportation of Fuel: Cost of fuel positioning to be borne by your good office. The Transportation charges will be from the base of Origin to the Base of Origin.
E) Preparation of Helipads: It would be appreciated if a badly sited/prepared Helipad could pose safety problems for passengers, Crew, and the helicopter. You are requested to kindly pay special attention to this aspect, which would greatly facilitate our operations. Temporary Helipad is to be built as per DGCA guidelines.
F) Baggage Rules: One baggage per passenger, not exceeding 5 kgs(helicopter) and 25 Kg for Aircraft will be permitted. Baggage in the passenger cabin is not permitted.
G) Landing Permissions and Co-ordinates: Landing on Government property or public places written permission with co-ordinates from the District Collector / District Magistrate and/or the Commissioner of Police must be obtained and provided by the customer. For privately owned properties, permission from the owner of the property will be required and all arrangements for landing/take-off will have to be made by the owner. The customer will also coordinate with the District Collector/ District Region / District Police and keep them informed of the flight.
H) Security Cover for Helipads: It is often seen that this aspect is neglected, resulting in injury/damage to man and machine. To prevent this kindly ensure that all helipads are properly secured. IMPORTANT: No routine IFR/Night Flying Operations shall be undertaken. All landings have to be accomplished before the sunset timings of the place. The Captain’s decision in this regard shall be considered the final decision.
I) Flying Program: Receiving the flying program in advance is vital to our accomplishing the task of the client by forecasting and arranging.
J) Refuelling facility: You are therefore requested to instruct the concerned Clients to make the flying program available for at least 24 hrs. In advance. This may please be given due importance.
K) Flying Regulations: All flights will be carried out as per existing rules and regulations of DGCA. FDTL Rules as applicable shall apply.
L) Privacy: During the provision of our services, Aurea Aviation FZCO may collect email addresses from users, either through registration, contact forms, or any other means necessary for the proper functioning of our services. The primary purpose of collecting email addresses is to facilitate communication with our users, provide essential service-related updates, and respond to inquiries and requests.
M) Intellectual Property: All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by Aurea Aviation FZCO are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials without our explicit permission.
N) Respect for Privacy: You will respect the privacy and confidentiality of any information shared with you while using our services.
O) Restricted Use: You will not use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to any activities that may cause harm to Aurea Aviation FZCO or other users.
For confirmation, we require 100% advance, based on the indicated flying time, overnight stay, waiting charges etc. vide Cheque/Draft in favour of Aurea Aviation FZCO Pvt Ltd at Dubai.
FORCE MAJURE Operator does not hold itself responsible for non-operation of charter for any unforeseen reason/s such as:
1. Bad Weather
2. Poor Visibility
3. Non - Availability of clearances from ATC / Defence Authorities / Civil Administration
4. Technical Problem: -
Due to the above reasons if the flight cannot take off from the Originating station amount will be refunded as per the cancelation clause.
We always obtain the destination weather before departure. However, if due to sudden deterioration of weather en-route / destination, the aircraft cannot land at the Destination and has to return to the starting point or divert to some other airport, the actual flying time would be chargeable and balance if any, would be payable/refundable.
The operator is not responsible if any technical snag develops in the aircraft which cannot be rectified within the time limit and affect the operation of the flight.
Extension of watch hours charges will be charged on actual, the copy of the bill from the Airport Authority of India will be forwarded.
Bank Charges: - The terms and conditions regarding the bank deduction outline will 3.5% payment Deduction Fee that Aurea Aviation FZCO imposes on customers who make payments to our account. Minimum 2hrs flying time will be charged on an everyday basis: The flying time quoted above is approximate and may vary. The final settlement of bills shall be done on actual hrs. flown, over and above the estimated flying time. (From our base at Mumbai and back to base)
